Hi I’m Poppy, and have had the privilege of being a part of the More Smiles team since April 2016 and have recently taken over as Practice Manager. I started off at More Smiles as nothing more than a trainee Dental Assistant, moving on to learn the front office coordinator role and doing More Smiles social media content. Being the youngest of the More Smiles family, I was lucky enough to be taken under the wings of many experienced dental staff, which made my training process very enjoyable.
I moved to the Coast over 10 years ago and am a definite beach bum, loving the hot summers of Queensland and long days at the beach. I graduated grade 12 of high school on the coast in 2014, went travelling around Europe for my gap year before settling down in 2016. I am also a qualified Barista and definitely enjoy my morning tea coffee breaks and finding little new cafés on the coast.
Pam joined the More Smiles team in March 2008 as a receptionist. After 16 years experience in a Brisbane Dental Practice she enjoyed a 2 year break in which time she moved from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast with her husband Michael. They have 2 adult sons.
Pam loves anything to do with the water, attending aqua aerobics classes at Cotton Tree on a regular basis, going to the beach, boating/jet skiing and swimming. Other interests are travelling and dining out. In March 2014 she became a nana for the first time. Her beautiful grandsons bring her lots of joy.
Pam loves working at More Smiles as it totally fulfils her desire for perfection in dentistry, compassion to patients and a happy, fun work day with a great team of people.
Hi my name is Amanda and I joined More Smiles in 2020 – you’ll find me at the front desk!
I love the More Smiles family and feel very grateful to be part of a great team and a happy harmonious work environment.
My family and I which includes our dog Jett moved here to the Sunny Coast from the Blue Mountains NSW at the end of 2019 and we love it here. We love the lifestyle, the climate, the area, the many beaches on offer, the friendly communities and our dog Jett loves his off lead beaches where he can run and play with his like-minded crew.
I came to More Smiles with some past dental experience and really enjoy building relationships with our patients and creating positive a friendly and helpful experience. Besides my commitment to dental, my experience and qualifications I am also a qualified Ayurveda Consultant and Massage Therapist.
On a daily basis I love to connect with nature, meditate, walk and do some sort of yoga routine. In my spare time and on weekends I particularly like to hang out and swim at Currimundi Lake to reboot and recharge my soul and work on my many projects. On weekends I connect with my family and friends, bake, read and get crafty.
If I haven’t met you yet I look forward to meeting you in the future.
Hi, I’m Marianne
I moved to the beautiful Sunny Coast in 1993 after coming here for a holiday and immediately fell in love with the lifestyle, beaches and the beautiful seaside café’s. In 2009 I decided to leave this paradise and explore another paradise “Europe”. My heritage is Dutch and I am a first born Australian. So it was only natural that I was curious to explore Holland…
2019 is when I returned to this beautiful paradise and was lucky enough to be given an opportunity to work with the More Smiles team. In my spare time I love to going to the Gym, beach and hang-out with my 2 grown-up daughters and enjoy spending time with my friends.
