Optical impression
Once your examination is complete and the course of treatment is decided we will prepare your tooth just like traditional treatment methods.
The procedure itself involves the optical scanning of the area of which we would like to place your restoration. A state-of-the-art digital 3D infrared camera is used to create an optical impression.
The digital image replaces the physical impression required in traditional procedures. No more long waits while a tray of impression material hardens in your mouth.
